Careers at Thrive Behavioral Therapy
We are always looking for warm, reliable people who love working with children. If you are an RBT, a BCBA, or want to become one, we would love to hear from you.

Why work at Thrive
- Real supervision. Our founder, Nechama Devlin, MS, BCBA, provides every RBT with ongoing training and supervision.
- Play-based, family-centered ABA. We teach through play and the natural environment and treat parents as partners.
- Work close to home. Sessions take place in family homes, schools and the community across North Miami-Dade and South Broward.
- A small team where your input matters.
