About Thrive Behavioral Therapy
A BCBA-led ABA practice serving South Florida families since 2019. We will be your partners every step of the way.

Our story
Nechama Devlin, MS, BCBA, founded Thrive Behavioral Therapy in 2019. She has been working in the field for 15 years, specializing in ABA therapy with children with autism.
Her goal is to become partners with parents and help them navigate the difficulties that come with an autism diagnosis. She provides every RBT (ABA therapist) with ongoing training and supervision.
Our approach
At Thrive, we believe in a family-centered, holistic approach to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. We look at the whole child, not just the diagnosis. We collaborate with parents and other therapy providers to ensure a cohesive approach.
Skills are taught using the natural environment, especially through play! Behaviors are addressed according to function, using as many natural reinforcers and consequences as possible.
Our motto says it best: "When a flower doesn't bloom, you fix the environment, not the flower."
